Business Challenge
How might we collect and share ideas when our particpants are in separate business units and departments across four continents.
In large organizations there are multiple ways to communicate (Slack, Teams, Confluence, JIRA etc..). Unfortunately when your growth strategy is acquisitions none of these systems talk to each other.
How might we provide ideation space for people outside of our product teams where those type of tools are more accessible.
As a company of 3000 + employees there was no consistent means of access for every department to use resources / software.

After months of research we made the decision to partner with Brightidea innovation platform. It provided us with the resources we needed to remove the barrier of entry for any employee to participate.

2024 set record numbers for engagement in Innovation across the organization. Teams leveraged AI technologies, introduced new integration ideas, expanded product features and collaborated across business units.
