In large organizations there are multiple ways to communicate (Slack, Teams, Confluence, JIRA etc..). Unfortunately when your growth strategy is acquisitions none of these systems talk to each other. Tools one department has access to is nearly impossible for another department to access.

As a company of 3000 + employees there was literally no single system everyone could access. So, the Innovation Team took on the charter to research and build the case for a innovation space everyone could use.
