Career Achievements

Led UX research, strategy and design for award- winning Black Diamond Wealth Solutions.

Spearheaded the strategic redesign of the Bloomberg Government digital platform, elevating user engagement.  Led cross-functional teams across two business units and four agile teams, integrating lean UX principles.

Directed the Experience Design practice at ISOBAR (Boston), leading high-impact digital innovation for top-tier clients such as Fidelity Investments, Boston Celtics, TD Bank and adidas.

Black Diamond Wealth Solutions

Responsible for the management and leadership of the design organization for the Black Diamond Advisory Platform.

The design team currently supports twenty Agile teams from Discovery to Execution.

Over the past five years Everett has led and coached teams through multiple platform initiatives.

Responsible for the strategic vision and design of the Bloomberg Government digital platform. Led a team of four designers who supported two business units, and four agile teams. 

Assisted with the Agile transformation of Bloomberg Government and introduced Lean UX processes to the teams.
