After forming a small group of volunteer innovators we leveraged Design Thinking practices to approach the problem space.  We sent out surveys, interviewed leadership, and ran bainstorming sessiong with the goal of understanding the needs of our organization.

Establish a Collaborative Innovation Program spanning the entirety of the Wealth & Investment Technology organization ( ~ 4,000 + employees)

Develop educational programming to empower future leaders of our business groups through exposure to entrepreneurial education, mentorship, and opportunities to develop those skills in a hands-on structured training programs.

Structure and deploy a distributed Innovation as Service model wherein a core team ensures the greater organization is enabled to run collaborative innovation challenges.

Inspire and spure excitment across employees and leadership to encourage a culture shift towards continuous engagement and innovation as a core business principle.
