Led the redesign program to assist TIAA-CREF in updating their members secure investor site experience. As well as led the strategy engagement to launch the TIAA Bank.

Fidelity

Led the design program for the next generation “NetBenefits” program. Guided the client and design team through visioning workshops to create the new interface for Fidelity’s benefits program.

Gameshow Network

Redesigned Game Show Network (GSN)  to incorporate its TV heritage and leverage the casual gamer market which the network was looking to grow.

Assisted GSN in defining the active participant market and created a holistic experience, which engages user at each brand touch point.

ADIDAS

Led the strategic effort to redesign the adidas homepage. The redesign exceeded client expectation and won two webby awards
